We're looking to grow our Training Team at NLS!
Are you passionate about teaching others, sharing knowledge, and helping teammates level up their technical skills? If you’re a Duck Creek pro with a knack for mentoring and designing engaging training programs, this role is for you!
As a Senior Training Specialist at NLS, you'll be instrumental in training and mentoring the next generation of NLS Technical Resources. You’ll also help shape the Next Level Academy’s evolving training programs, especially in the Duck Creek platform. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced learning environment and is energized by helping others succeed.

What You'll Do:
• Lead the development and delivery of training programs focused on the Duck Creek platform (Author, Pages, Forms, Templates, TransAct, Debugging, etc.)
• Independently instruct beginner, intermediate, and advanced-level learning cycles, both in-person and virtually.
• Drive the creation and continuous improvement of training collateral and curriculum—especially on advanced technical topics.
• Mentor other trainers within the Next Level Academy and provide guidance to support their growth.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure training initiatives align with business needs and evolving platform updates.
What You'll Bring:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Duck Creek or a similar insurance software system.
• Expert-level understanding of the Duck Creek platform components and their application in the P&C insurance industry.
• Advanced technical skills and experience using Office 365.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to explain complex technical topics to learners at all levels.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Experience mentoring others and a genuine passion for developing talent.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
