We're looking to grow our Delivery Team at NLS!

As a Delivery Lead at Next Level Solutions, you’ll guide our client-focused software implementation projects to success while fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Results: Oversee software implementation projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget—meeting quality and margin targets.

• Lead Client Engagement: Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders by managing expectations and fostering trust.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with NLS department leaders to align projects with business goals, ensuring resource availability and allocation.

• Strategize for Success: Conduct regular executive-level checkpoints to drive satisfaction, mitigate risks, and manage escalations.

• Innovate & Improve: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by driving process enhancements and staying ahead of industry trends.

• Expand Partnerships: Partner with Sales and Solutioning teams to develop pricing and staffing models and identify opportunities for growth within existing client relationships.

What You'll Bring:

• Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of MSP, JIRA, ADO, Microsoft Office 365, and other PM tools.

• Proven Leadership: 8+ years in project leadership within technology, with a track record of successfully managing complex software projects and schedules.

• Strategic Vision: PMP, ACP, or SAFe RTE certifications preferred, with an ability to drive change and mentor teams.

• Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, even under pressure.

• Adaptability & Initiative: Thrive in dynamic environments and take proactive steps to achieve goals.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred, in Business, Computer Information Systems, Insurance and Risk Management, or related fields.
