As our Associate Vice President (AVP) of PMO and Delivery, you'll provide unified executive leadership for our Project Management Office and Delivery Lead departments. You'll partner closely with the SVP of Delivery and own the end-to-end health of NLS project and program delivery, from methodology and staffing to KPIs, budget, and client outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Own accountability for the performance, quality, and delivery outcomes of the PMO and Delivery Lead departments

• Directly lead, coach, and evaluate PMO leaders and Delivery Leads through strategic direction, mentorship, and performance management

• Partner with the SVP of Delivery and other NLS leaders to set and execute annual strategic goals for both departments

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by aligning solutions to business objectives and influencing key decisions

• Own PMO strategy, including staffing model, resourcing, and methodology standards (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall)

• Ensure the NLS Delivery Assurance Program (iDAP) and NLS Project Playbook are adapted to every implementation type, platform, and SOW structure, and that both are consistently followed

• Develop, monitor, and report enterprise-level KPIs and delivery metrics, turning trends into action plans

• Manage the combined PMO and Delivery Lead budget to keep finances healthy and resources well allocated

• Resolve escalated delivery risks and act as the executive escalation point for high-priority, complex engagements

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation, including the adoption of AI and emerging tools

• Lead succession planning, talent development, and the 360-degree feedback process for department leadership

• Partner with sales, account management, and delivery leadership to align resourcing, pipeline, and project outcomes

• Represent PMO and Delivery in growth initiatives, pre-sales support, and strategic partner discussions, including the Duck Creek partner program

• Ensure delivery practices align with data privacy, security, and compliance standards

• Drive the interview, onboarding, and training strategy for the PMO and Delivery Lead leadership pipeline

What You'll Bring:

• 15+ years of experience in the technology services industry, including 7+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple teams or departments

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)

• Proven track record leading both project/program delivery and delivery quality or governance functions

• Experience managing budgets of $10M+ and enterprise-level KPI or reporting programs

• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and delivery governance frameworks

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including MSP) and JIRA, ADO, or similar delivery tools

• Strong analytical and risk management skills, with the ability to turn KPI and iDAP data into actionable strategy

• Executive-level communication and presentation skills with senior leadership, clients, and strategic partners

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development experience across multiple layers of management

• A servant leadership mindset and the highest degree of honesty and integrity

• A results-driven approach and a strong aptitude for leading change at the organizational level

• Certification in at least four project management areas (CSM, ACP, PMP, SAFe, etc.) preferred

• Duck Creek Technologies and Property & Casualty Insurance delivery experience strongly preferred

• Ability to work outside primary hours (Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM local time) and travel as needed
