Imagine yourself at the helm of a dynamic team, mentoring and coaching a squad of 10-15 resources to project success. You're not just overseeing projects; you're engineering excellence. From dissecting requirements, to setting project scope, your strategic planning chops are second to none. Daily stand-ups, communication, and agile methodology are your playground – and you're the ultimate playmaker.
You're the maestro of progress, keeping schedules, budgets, and risks in check, all while orchestrating resolutions to any hiccups that arise. Stakeholder meetings? You're the star, crafting impactful reports and fostering communication that bridges gaps. Your eye for detail is legendary, and your integrity is unwavering.
Picture yourself not just facilitating meetings, but crafting experiences. You're driving creative solutions and pushing the envelope of timely delivery. Your technical prowess includes Microsoft Office 365, MSP, JIRA, and more. And when it comes to communication, your skills shine both internally, and customer-facing, making you a project superstar.
With a B.S. or B.A. as your foundation, you're a proven leader with a track record of project management excellence. Whether it's Agile or Scrum, you've got the experience and certifications (CSM, ACP, PMP) that set you apart. And did we mention your knack for customer-facing meetings?

What You'll Do:
- Oversee and lead project planning efforts to determine requirements and specifications, project scope, staffing needs, scheduling, risks and issues, and contingency plans
- Help manage the day-to-day details of the project including project initiation tasks, daily stand ups, daily communications with project team, task tracking, scope and schedule mitigation, risk management, roadblocks, etc
- Create and regularly monitor project schedule, scope, budget, risks, issues and action items, implementing corrective action to stay on schedule and within budget
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, documenting team updates, blockers, action items and send out post meeting updates
- Lead the issue resolution process and help drive issues to completion
- Create and report schedule, budget, and delivery details to project stakeholders
- Facilitate weekly project status meetings with project leads and stakeholders
- Create weekly PPT status report, documenting meeting notes and action items and sending notes to participants post meeting
- Proactively drive creative approaches to problem solving and timely delivery supporting business needs
- Coordinate, facilitate and document sprint/milestone/project reviews implementing best practices going forward
- Facilitate project closure process including decommissioning of VMs and other hardware, deletion of project email distribution, and other assigned tasks
- Assist in the organization of on-site, multiple day customer facing meetings at the project level
- Assist other Project Managers and Director of Project Management as needed
What You'll Bring:
- Masters Degree in Project Management (preferred)
- Exposure to the insurance industry, or SDLC (preferred)
- Experience in managing small projects with 10-15 team members
- 1-5 years of managing technical projects, budgets, and schedules
- Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodology
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of JIRA, ADO, Confluence, and other Project Management software
- Exposure to insurance, project management, and/or computer information systems
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skillsets
- Highest degree of honesty and integrity
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High attention to detail
