What You'll Do:

• Plan and lead requirement gathering sessions
• Collaborate and communicate with internal teams and clients
• Analyze, organize and model requirements providing traceability
• Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and effectively translate those into requirements
• Collaborate with other business analysts, development, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• Work directly with Lead BA and/or Project Manager to understand work assignments

What You'll Bring:

• Commercial Auto experience! 
• 2+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience
• Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A motivated, team player, and self-starter attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodology
