Here's the deal: we're looking for someone with a strong grasp of requirement methodologies, who is able to elicit business needs and lead requirement gathering sessions like a pro. As our Business Analyst III, you'll analyze, organize, and model requirements, ensuring traceability and effective translation of client's business needs. Your initiative and conscientiousness will shine through as you provide complete follow-through in your responsibilities and escalate issues appropriately.

Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with other Business Analysts, development teams, and QA specialists throughout the software development lifecycle. As a highly motivated team player, you'll excel in our fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease, and maintaining composure under pressure.

Technical skills are essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 required. But it doesn't stop there - we value your interpersonal skills too. Excellent written and verbal communication is a must, along with strong organizational and time management abilities. What You'll Do:

• Plan and lead requirement gathering sessions
• Collaborate and communicate with internal teams and clients
• Escalate issues appropriately and provide feedback within agreed upon SLA
• Analyze, organize, and model requirements providing traceability
• Assess needs of the project, recommend how to approach the project, including who to elicit information from, what techniques to utilize, and how long it should take to complete
• Collaborate with other business analysts, development, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• Work directly with Lead BA and/or Project Manager to understand work assignments

What You'll Bring:

• Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated, team player, and self-starter
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodology
• 3+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience
• Certifications, or willingness to learn and grow
