We're looking to grow our Quality Assurance Team at NLS!

If you’re ready to take the helm in planning, designing, and executing test plans and scripts, this is the gig for you!

As our go-to problem solver, AKA Quality Analyst I, you’ll work together with both our development, and business analysis teams troubleshooting any software hiccups, and ensuring our projects meet top-notch quality standards. You’ll be responsible for test case creation, and executing scenarios like a pro. Don’t worry, your keen eye for code inconsistencies won’t go unnoticed!

With your stellar communication skills and attention to detail, you’ll keep the project team in the loop and prioritize reporting like a master.

What You'll Do:

• Test case creation, entry, peer review, and assignment
• Execute scenarios, scripts, and any defect testing
• Data organization and creation
• Review and analyze system specifications
• Evaluate testing results
• Defect reporting and prioritization
• Status reporting to leads
• Identify code inconsistencies

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with Selenium-based UI testing tools such as Cucumber, Nightwatch, Test Cafe, or similar frameworks
• Programming experience with object oriented programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, or Playwright
• Experience with use of JSON, or CSV files in data-driven testing practices
• Ability to follow complex system requirements
• Ability to document processes effectively and efficiently
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Proven attention to detail and organization on all documentation
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative problem solver with the ability to take ownership of issues, seeing them through resolution
• Ability to meet deadlines and assure teammates are on track to meet their
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data
• Ability to prioritize large workload
• Ability to train inexperienced resources
