We're looking to grow our Delivery Team at NLS!

As a Delivery Lead at Next Level Solutions, you’ll guide our client-focused software implementation projects to success while fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted, long-term relationships

• Partner with internal leaders to align delivery objectives with business goals and ensure effective resource planning

• Facilitate executive-level checkpoints to assess satisfaction, manage risks, and resolve escalations

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by championing innovation and process enhancements

• Collaborate with Sales and Solutioning teams to develop pricing and staffing models aligned with client and company goals

• Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and support account planning efforts

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience leading complex software projects and cross-functional teams in a technology environment

• Strong project management expertise, including tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

• Leadership mindset with the ability to inspire teams, drive change, and mentor others

• High level of integrity, accountability, and initiative

• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• PMP, ACP, or SAFe RTE certifications are a plus

• 8+ years of experience in project leadership roles
