A seasoned veteran of the Insurtech world, you bring decades of experience, with a trove of knowledge and connections within the P&C industry. You've made your mark, particularly within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector, transforming the way insurance services are sold and delivered.
Your career is a roadmap of success in selling business transformation and core system integrations across large enterprises. With an uncanny ability to weave trusted relationships, you've mastered the art of creating compelling value propositions, leading to the closure of multi-million dollar deals with insurance carriers. Your network is a strategic asset that you leverage skillfully to initiate and cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities.

What You'll Do:
- Strategic Business Prospecting: Dive deep to identify the movers and shakers within organizations, setting the stage for transformative conversations.
- Drive Business Development: Lead from the front in solution design, with our solution leads to ensure opportunities are nurtured from inception to closure.
- Solution Selling: Use your discovery skills to tailor demonstrations of our services, showcasing undeniable value.
- Close with Conviction: Leverage your seasoned negotiation skills to clinch strategic deals, optimizing our financial goals, while aligning with client economics.
- Pipeline Buildout: Keep a keen eye on our sales pipeline through meticulous analysis, tracking, and reporting, ensuring a consistent flow of forward-looking insights.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Craft and execute a sales strategy that's not just about closing the sale, but about opening long-term opportunities.
- Internal Collaboration: Rally internal teams around key accounts, ensuring a cohesive approach to client engagement.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve, autonomously deepening your knowledge of NLS’ cutting-edge services.
What You'll Bring:
- A Wealth of Experience: At least 10 years in the trenches of the insurance industry, with a minimum of 7 years dedicated to executive-level enterprise selling in the P&C services market.
- A Closer’s Resume: A proven track record of securing multi-million dollar deals, showcasing your ability to move mountains and close significant contracts.
- C-Level Savvy: Demonstrated success in cultivating relationships with the upper echelons of decision-making within large organizations.
- Consultative Aptitude: A background in consulting or advisory roles is highly preferred, highlighting your ability to navigate complex sales landscapes.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional persuasive skills, both in speech and writing, that engage and convince at all levels.
- Strategic Mindset: A blend of business acumen, management finese, and problem-solving skills that sets you apart.
- Customer-Centric Sales Discipline: A commitment to a sales process that starts and ends with the customer's needs and goals.
