We're looking to grow our Human Resources Team at NLS – Honduras Location!

If you’re a bilingual HR professional who knows the value of strong employee relationships and has a firm grasp of local labor laws, this might just be your next big move.
We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist in our Honduras office to help champion our team culture, support HR operations, and drive best practices across the board. Whether it’s coaching managers, conducting investigations, or leading onboarding processes, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening our people-first foundation.

What You'll Do:
- Provide HR policy guidance and ensure consistent application across the office
- Lead the employee onboarding experience, helping new hires feel welcome from day one
- Support and ensure the completion of daily HR operations and processes
- Conduct thorough HR investigations and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist managers in resolving employee relations issues and conduct-related concerns
- Participate in legal and disciplinary hearings as needed
- Coach employees and managers on HR topics, fostering open communication and trust
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with internal HR, recruiting, and office teams across multiple locations
- Maintain confidential employee records, both digitally and physically
- Respond to HR inquiries and provide timely, thoughtful support to team members
What You'll Bring:
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong working knowledge of Honduran labor law and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience with HRIS (Paycor, ADP, etc.) is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional discretion and strong commitment to confidentiality
- Proven experience coaching others through conflict resolution and HR matters
- Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
- Relationship-building mindset and a collaborative attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in HR (preferred) or equivalent proven HR work experience
