We're looking to grow our Technology Team at NLS!

We're looking for a dedicated Team Supervisor to lead and coordinate the efforts of our entry-level team members, ensuring we achieve both, individual and organizational objectives. What You'll Do:

• Oversee the daily operations of your team, ensuring workloads are manageable and resources are used effectively.
• Address and resolve basic complaints, concerns, conflicts, and issues related to team members, escalating to HR when necessary.
• Ensure team members consistently meet project, departmental, and organizational expectations.
• Ensure adherence to Project Playbook guidelines, project deadlines, procedures, and quality standards.
• Document performance and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and Corrective Action Plans (CAP), in collaboration with HR.
• Explain and implement company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
• Review and manage attendance, PTO requests, and other records and reports for your team.
• Maintain performance data and collaborate with department and project team members to complete performance appraisals.

What You'll Bring:

• Demonstrated expertise in relevant technical skills and the ability to use appropriate tools, technologies, and equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address resource challenges.
• Understanding and experience with modern software implementation processes and standards (SDLC, Agile, etc.).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in managing a team of 10-15 people.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Information, Technology Management, or a related field preferred.
• One to two years of management experience required.
